Family Swim

We checked out the neighborhood pool for the first time tonight. Exciting!! As we stepped through the gate, the sky turned gray and thunder rumbled in the distance. The lifeguard blew his whistle and ordered everybody out just as Blaise dipped his toe in. 

Just before the whistle. Best night ever. 

The pool was shut down for the evening. The kids cried. We decided to walk to get ice cream but got caught in a downpour and ran for home. 

Gus decided to make lemonade and run around on the sidewalk
